The Big Lefthander

No one instilled more fear into the hearts of batters than Randy Johnson. Only the legendary Nolan Ryan struck out more batters in history and only two other pitchers hit more batsmen. His 10.67 strikeouts per 9 innings are the most by any pitcher in league history. I found it scary to even watch him pitch, and can't begin to imagine what it must have felt like to stand in the batter's box.
