No Negro League team is more iconic than the Homestead Grays, and the greatest pitcher in their history was Ray Brown. His curveball took a back seat to nobody in baseball history, a truly viscous pitch. His won loss record was a lopsided 109-30. I like the rubbery arm effect of this painting. Looks like one of those guys that can throw a hard ball all day long. I love his place on my wall of Hall of Famers.
