Bullet Joe Rogan was arguably the best two way player in baseball history. His pitching record alone would have likely earned him a place in Cooperstown. Casey Stengell called Rogan "one of the best, if not the best, pitcher that ever lived." Throw in his .338 career batting average, most from the clean up position, and you see why many put Rogan among the greatest players of all time.
