With a last name Goslin it would seem a logical nickname, but many claim the reason he was called Goose was the way he awkwardly ran around the outfield. His arms resembled flapping wings but they didn't let him down at the plate. He smacked 2,735 hits and a career .316 average. I think this painting features the only animal in my Hall of Fame collection.
