Sam Thompson was an RBI machine. He averaged almost one per game for his career, knocking in 1,305 in 1,410 games. He was one of the original five tool players and in 1889 he became the first ever 20/20 player with over 20 homers and stolen bases. The books I grew up with were filled with black and white pictures of baseball greats gone by, and I like to think I am honoring the history of the game by using black and white to paint every player in the Hall of Fame. This guy and his mustache were a riot to play with.
