Changer of the Game

I love learning about these earliest baseball players, guys that changed the way people thought about and played the game. Jimmy Collins had decent numbers at the plate but his biggest contribution was as a defensive pioneer. He had far more range than anyone before him, and even though his career ended in 1908 he held the record for put outs by a third baseman until Brooks Robinson passed him. Different paintings give you different vibes as you create them. I really loved the jersey on this one. Love those classy drawstrings.
